Shipping is typically by Australia Post. Alternative providers may be chosen subject to the order, such as when Australia Post is not available or the order is more suitability delivered by courier.

Most ready-to-ship products will be posted within 3 business days.

Large orders may be subject to additional processing and order delays.

Item descriptions will note if order items are not locally available, and therefore subject to additional delays.

Custom quote or consult products are subject to back-order and import wait-times.
