1. Introduction

By accessing and using this shop, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Australian Consumer Law (Mandatory Statement)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. If an item was incorrectly priced, we will contact you before processing the order.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Any delivery timeframes provided are estimates only. While we will do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not liable for reasonable delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

Risk in the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided in your order. We may charge you for transit insurance as part of delivery charges for high-value orders; however, this insurance does not exclude or limit your mandatory rights under the Australian Consumer Law if the goods fail to be delivered or arrive damaged.

5. Returns and Refunds

We do not offer refunds for change of mind. If you believe an item is faulty, please contact us with your order number and a photo of the defect. We will manage the return process in accordance with your rights under the ACL.

6. Intellectual Property

All shop content, including text, theatrical lighting descriptions, and images, is our property. Unauthorised use of this material is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products, shop or website.
